Philosophy
At EthicDrinks, we’re convinced that wine can be a powerful driver for change. From the vineyard to the glass, every choice we make has an impact and we want ours to be a positive one. That’s why we work hand in hand with certified organic and sustainable growers across renowned French regions such as Provence, the Loire Valley, and the Languedoc. Our goal is to offer wines that are true to their terroirs, expressive, and delicious, without compromising on ethics.
We carefully select grapes from emblematic appellations, producing fresh rosés, vibrant whites, and expressive reds that speak both of their origins and of our values. Every wine we bottle is vegan, and most are made with organically grown grapes.
But beyond how wine is made, how it travels also matters. Our Let It Sail collection takes this commitment even further. These wines are bottled in ultra-light 300g glass to reduce emissions, and transported across the ocean by cargo sailboat. It’s a radical yet logical step toward truly sustainable logistics.

Biography
Mickaël grew up in a family where wine and environmental activism went hand in hand. His grandparents were winegrowers in Burgundy, deeply rooted in the land and its traditions. But it was his father — an early advocate for sustainability — who instilled in him a sense of urgency and responsibility toward the planet. This unique blend of heritage and forward-thinking has shaped Mickaël’s path from the very beginning.
After studying agricultural engineering and gaining experience in the wine industry, he became convinced that a new model was possible — one where great wine and environmental ethics could go hand in hand. That vision led him to create EthicDrinks, with the mission of shaking up the wine world by placing sustainability at the heart of every decision.
Mickaël believes that every detail counts — from how grapes are grown to how bottles are shipped. This conviction led to pioneering innovations, including the Let It Sail range: wines from emblematic French regions, bottled in ultra-light 300g glass and shipped across the ocean by sailboat — a bold statement of what modern, responsible wine can look like.
